Myrtle Beach Bank Owned Properties and Foreclosures

Myrtle Beach Bank Owned Properties and Foreclosures. It is nice to receive many calls, e-mails and potential buyers looking to purchase the Myrtle Beach area foreclosures and bank owned condos, homes and vacant land in our real estate market. I think most everyone can agree that we cannot get back to a stable real estate market until these bank owned properties are sold. I would just like to point out to potential foreclosure buyers that in order to submit offers on the bank owned and foreclosed Real Estate that the Asset Management Companies require proof of funds (POF). Myrtle Beach Real Estate Agents are happy to submit offers on the foreclosures and bank owned properties. The problem is the listing agents handling the bank owned properties have to submit the paperwork to an Asset Management Company. The Asset Management Companies might be in California and require certain documents to be attached to an offer. If the Myrtle Beach Real Estate Agent does not have a POF attached for the Asset Management Company the contract will NOT be considered or reviewed. I understand many Myrtle Beach foreclosure buyers are paying cash and that can help the buyers negotiating power. Just remember the Asset Management Companies still require a copy verifying the money on hand. Please remember these are not the REALTORS requirements, these are the Banks requirements.
